Abby draws much of her writing inspiration from her experiences
and interests - living in war-torn Yemen; scaling Ben Nevis to reach the freezing summit; enduring the agonies of infertility;
and life as a freelance masseuse in London's top hotels.

She has also written about organic food, UK supermarkets and food
labelling as well as features on celebrities and the British 'soaps'.
She is always keen to research new topics and likes to keep interested
in and excited by life.
